It is my joy to work Kingdom leaders and empower them take on their challenges and reach the next level of serving Christ and others.

My passion is to come alongside executives and leaders (like you) and enable them to lead well while at the same time maintaining their personal health and enjoying the opportunities before them.

I am not someone who is eager to give you “12 sure-fire answers to your problems” or “10 easy steps to increase your influence” or “8 ways to …” well, you get the idea. If that’s what you want, let me suggest Google or Barnes & Noble. If you looking for someone to listen first and understand where you’re coming from, then help you move forward – you might be in the right place.

I have found that whether you are leading a large team or organization, or simply leading yourself – you would like to have honest feedback, a safe place to process challenges, be stretched in your thinking, and accelerate your own growth curve.

I am a Christ-follower and believe that everything begins and ends with Him. I am passionate about helping others lead. I enjoy working with kingdom-impacting leaders, like you, and enabling them take on their challenges and reach the next level of serving Christ and others.

Bryan Brown, Founder and Lead Coach

Bryan Brown is a Certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach. Bryan is also designated as a Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

In addition, Bryan is a Certified Master Leadership Coach (CPLC) through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and the Christian Coaches Network.

His passion is to help both existing and emerging leaders to:

> Manage with wisdom
> Develop individuals and teams by honoring their identity, strengths, and aspirations
> Impact organizational direction without burning out or burning bridges

Our Approach

Coaching should fit into Your Lifestyle, not be forced into your schedule

We schedule regular appointments, usually over the phone to allow flexibility to be anywhere you need to, and use progress updates, to enable maximum progress and accountability for the goals you’ve set and the changes you want to see. Email and spot calls may also be helpful between coaching times.
