executive and leadership development

Leaders face unique challenges. Our goal in these sessions is to help both existing and emerging leaders to:

  • Lead with vision
  • Manage with wisdom
  • Develop other individuals and teams by honoring their identity, strengths and aspirations
  • Impact organizational vision and direction without burning out or burning bridges

The coaching focus with executive leaders is always personalized and contextualized, but also focuses on issues many executive leaders face, such as leadership models/competencies, personal growth, leadership presence, 360° feedback, emotional intelligence, leadership essentials, delegation, employee engagement, and team-building.

Coaching helps make the shift from a “problem state” or a “status quo mentality” into new perspectives. Through coaching, executive leaders can combine awareness, curious exploration, the power of choice, and intentional action in order to claim new territory for themselves, those they lead, and for the Kingdom.
